• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Customized or bulk orders (e.g., uniforms, gear with logos) may take 7–10 business days for processing.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

• Within City/State: 2–5 business days

• Rest of India: 5–10 business days

• International Orders: 10–21 business days (depending on customs clearance and courier partner)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and courier rates.

• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a certain amount.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with:

• The tracking number

• The courier partner’s name

• A link to track your shipment in real-time

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact details, and pin code are correct before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Delays or Lost Shipments

In the rare event of a delay or lost shipment:

• We will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner for resolution.

• If your order is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

7. In-Store Pickup (if applicable)

Customers can opt for self-pickup from our Yodha Martial Arts center.
Pickup orders will be ready within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

8. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
Shipping charges and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
Customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
